The goal of this position is to ensure consistent productivity and quality of service and service levels in support of the customer. Ensures compliance in meeting centre performance efficiencies to ensure centre objectives are met and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. You must be fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities: Resolves*assist difficult customer calls Tracks, monitors call activity and manages calls Be professional both in personal appearance and in his*her attitude to his*her job. Be able to work under own initiative. Ability to work as part of a team and escalate issues where necessary to the Team Leader*Group Leader, ensuring the group as a whole maintains professionalism at all times. In the absence of senior members of staff, demonstrate a responsible attitude and escalate areas of concern where necessary. If necessary, carry out remedial action in complaint situations. Problem determination and recording of accurate details on all incoming problems. Be able to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information. The ability to deal with people (especially customers) Italian, French or Spanish on all levels in an efficient and courteous manner. A working knowledge of software and hardware would be expected. Use acquired knowledge to assist other members of staff. Play an active part in the induction of new members of staff. Play an active part in improving quality. Ensure that department policy is adhered to (e.g. virus control, non-authorised software etc). Undertake internal and external training as required. Undertake various tasks as required by senior members of staff to set up procedures and processes to improve support methodology. Continually strive to improve technical ability.
